So Divine’s First Anniversary celebration

So Divine
Last night at ‘Tonight Josephine’

I first heard of So Divine products when I was approached by Sophie at Fuel PR. I was lucky to be able to test their Sweet Sensation and Bootylicious butt plugs, as well as their Sweetest Taboo wand. More recently I put their Let’s Go Crazy heating rabbit vibrator through its paces.

Receiving an invite to celebrate So Divine’s first anniversary seemed too good an opportunity to miss, so along I went to Waterloo Road. The venue was Tonight Josephine, a vibrant cocktail bar. As this was my first real life outing in person as a ‘sex blogger,’ I thought it would be fun and less daunting to invite a fellow blogger. @RomanticIsa was happy to be my blogger companion, and it served as a great ice-breaker in the run up to Eroticon.

On entry to Tonight Josephine, we met some lovely people from Fuel PR, including Sophie, Susan and Charlotte. We were gifted with some fun black tote goody bags, containing the Kiss Kiss vibrating rabbit (sister to the Let’s Go Crazy), and a silver ‘I Need You Tonight’ bullet vibrator. Their latest product, a pink silicone USB stick, that also functions as a rechargeable clitoral vibrator was also in the bag. Of course, I tried that out later when I got home!

Meeting new faces

I hadn’t realised that so many companies supplied So Divine products. I learnt that among them are Superdrug and Ocado! Throughout the evening, prosecco and pizza were in abundance, along with some delicious iced biscuits. I chatted to some of the marketing and buying team members at Bondara, including Jonathan, Daisy and Rose. We also chatted to the head of So Divine, and gave him some feedback about our preferences for vibrating toys. Our message to him was keep creating affordable good quality products. We encouraged that So Divine focus more on the continuous vibrations rather than patterns. Rumbly versus ‘buzzy’ vibrations are also popular among the blogging community.

In the pipeline for the future are a semi-realistic squishy silicone dildo with suction cap. It looks really cool, as it is see-through with a blue core. There is a pronounced coronal ridge. I think it will provide pleasurable internal stimulation, and feel reasonably ‘life-like.’ The suction cap is also super  sticky! The dildo remained perched  on the bar during the evening! Also in development is a clitoral suction toy, that has a soft silicone aperture and a good range of suction intensities.

So Divine wish to extend their range to include lubricants, lingerie and other types of sex toys. I’d say there’s plenty to celebrate for them, and the future looks promising!
