I was offered the chance to review the Naughty Dots book by Bondara. I like being creative, and when I have a bit of downtime I like doing something easy. I’m not the best at drawing from imagination alone, so if I want to sketch some sexy artwork I’d either have to see models posing or reproduce from an image.
The Naughty Dots book offers 80 dot-to-dot challenges. The numbers are quite small, and in some parts of the puzzles they are extremely close together. What is helpful, is that the start of a new section has a star by the number. Meanwhile, a solid square next to a number denotes the end. There are solutions to each dot-to-dot given at the back of the book. I daresay most people will find the ‘challenges’ achievable. The pages of the book are glossy, so one thing to bear in mind, if you are using a liquid ink style pen; take care not to smudge over areas just doodled! I somehow managed to do this, and it’s a little annoying. Especially if you are a perfectionist!
Gift idea for newly-weds
If you know a couple who are ‘tying the knot’ this could be a fun gift for them to take away on honeymoon. They could spend some time doodling on the beach, and get some inspiration for that afternoon / night’s sex position! Conversely, you may know a couple who have been together a while and seem to be ‘stuck in a rut.’ Depending on the intimacy you share with them, you may find it appropriate to gift them this book for their anniversary to spice up their routine. Or perhaps like me, you like a doodle, and want something a bit different to do when you’re stuck at home with the kids during the holidays!
